Luis Soto

Luis Soto possesses extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as Gerente de Gestión Humana y Tecnología at Aeropuerto Internacional El Dorado since April 2014, with a progression through various leadership roles in the organization. Prior to this, Luis held senior positions in human resources at ALSTOM from December 2010 to March 2014, and at CEMEX from December 2006 to November 2010, demonstrating a strong background in HR across multiple industries. Luis began a career in marketing as a practicante de mercadeo at Leo Burnett in 2005. Educationally, Luis is equipped with an MBA Modelo Ejecutivo from Tecnológico de Monterrey and has completed the INCAE HR Management Program at Georgetown University, along with a degree in Administración de Empresas from Universidad de Los Andes.
