Rick Rantz

Rick Rantz has a diverse and extensive work experience in the aviation industry. Rick has held various management positions throughout their career. Starting in 1996, they served as the Director of Maintenance at the Ottawa Flying Club for two years before moving to the Brampton Flight Centre, where they held the same position for six years. In 2004, they joined Aviall, a Boeing company, as a National Account Manager, where they stayed for 13 years. In 2017, they transitioned to Boeing Global Services, taking on the roles of Sr. Sales Manager, Regional Airlines, and later, Sales Director, Technical Services. After leaving Boeing, they joined M1 Composites Technology Inc. in 2020 as the Director of Business Development. In 2022, they became the Sales Director - North America at TOPCAST. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Sales at AeroRepair Corp.

Rick Rantz has a Bachelor of Management degree from Athabasca University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed an Aircraft Maintenance Technician Diploma at Canadore College from 1987 to 1989. Rick's education also includes a period of study at Carleton University in 1985, as well as their high school education at Nepean High School from 1981 to 1985.
