Bob Swilik

Bob Swilik is an experienced professional in product strategy and management within the HVAC and climate tech industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Strategy at Aeroseal, Bob is involved in initiatives aiming to significantly reduce carbon emissions globally. Prior to this role, Bob spent nearly two decades at Carrier HVAC, progressing through various leadership positions, including Director of Strategy, where product and financial roadmaps were developed, and Director of Product Management, where a multi-branded strategy for residential products was created. Bob holds an MBA in Business from Butler University and a BSME in Engineering from The University of Memphis.
