Subhashish Bose

Subhashish Bose has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2001, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Divine India Ltd., where they developed content management solutions for the Oil and Gas Industries. From 2003 to 2006, they served as a Senior Engineer at Mentor Graphics, focusing on business process re-engineering and developing web-based applications.

In 2007, Bose joined FICO as a Solutions Consultant, implementing decision management applications in banking and developing risk management strategies. Subhashish later became the Lead Solutions Consultant and the Decision Management Practice Lead for the Asia Pacific region, specializing in customer loan originations, risk assessment, policy automation, and underwriting.

From 2010 to 2011, Bose worked as a Client Partner and a Sales Consultant at FICO, driving connected risk management and profitability in the banking and retail sectors in the APAC region. Subhashish successfully built a strong sales pipeline and drove conversions of over $4M.

At ACI Worldwide, Bose served as a Senior Financial Crimes Consultant from 2013 to 2014, providing product management and fraud advisory consulting for card issuers, acquirers, and financial institutions. Subhashish designed a fraud management solution for a large network in Thailand and recommended best practice rules for card and online banking fraud for a top bank in Australia.

Bose rejoined FICO in 2015 as a Senior Director, focusing on fraud and security. Subhashish utilized artificial intelligence, technology, and deep subject matter knowledge to reduce fraud losses and mitigate risk for large financial institutions. Subhashish designed fraud strategies using entity resolution, profiling, and decision management technologies for various use cases, including merchant acquiring risk management.

Currently, Bose is the Director of Industry Solutions for Financial Services & Partnerships at Aerospike, Inc. Subhashish is responsible for identifying and building blueprints for financial services use cases with the Aerospike NoSQL database and the connector ecosystem. Additionally, they onboard and manages the partner ecosystem in the APAC region.

Subhashish Bose completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Industrial Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, from 1997 to 2001. Later, they pursued an MBA in Analytical Finance and Entrepreneurship at the Indian School of Business from 2006 to 2007.
