Joel López Pérez

Joel López Pérez has extensive experience in the aerospace industry, notably with AeroTEC and Boeing. Joel currently works at AeroTEC as a Design Engineer, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this role, they had a long tenure at Boeing, starting in 2008. At Boeing, they held various roles including Design Engineer in Product Development for the 777-9X, Manufacturing Engineer for 747 Final Assembly, Stress Engineer in a rotational program, and Design Engineer in 777 Sustaining. In these positions, they gained expertise in areas such as redesigning parts, performing spatial integration updates, conducting repair analysis, and creating and improving engineering and layout drawings.

Joel López Pérez pursued their education in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez from 2002 to 2008.
