Bill Holland

Bill Holland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in market operations, business development, and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Director of Market Operations at Aerotek since 2007, Bill is responsible for driving growth in the Industrial, Manufacturing, and Construction segments across Wisconsin. Previous roles at Aerotek include Director of Business Operations, Account Executive of Delivery, Service & Fulfillment, Executive Account Manager, and Engineering Account Manager. Additionally, Bill is the Founder of Peyton's Smile, a nonprofit organization that supports families facing child loss. Bill holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and has a background in coaching basketball as a Student Assistant Coach at the same university.
