Cathy Chang

Cathy Chang currently serves as the Regional Business Development Manager and Recruiter Practice Lead at Aerotek, a position held since October 2014, where responsibilities include business development and staffing solutions focused on the Aviation Industry across Virginia, Maryland, Washington D.C., and West Virginia. In previous roles at Aerotek, Chang managed a portfolio of aviation accounts and trained new recruiters. Prior experience includes a tenure at Capital One from October 2011 to October 2014, where achievements included managing a significant customer base and receiving recognition for outstanding performance as a Senior Risk Coordinator. Cathy Chang holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University.
