Erik Morrison has a diverse professional background, including roles in both construction and recruitment. They began their career as a carpenter at Baker Concrete Construction and Wilhelm Construction, focusing on concrete formwork. Erik later transitioned to the recruiting field, working as an Engineering and Embedded Systems Recruiter at Aerotek before advancing to positions such as Construction and Environmental Account Manager and Construction, Environmental and Energy Practice Lead. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from Ball State University and a certificate in Construction Engineering Management Technology from IUPUI.
