Kyle Strous

Kyle Strous is currently the Manager of Sales Development at Aerotek, where they focus on learning and development within sales programs. Previously, Kyle served as a Skilled Trades Account Manager and a Recruiter Lead at Aerotek, specializing in industrial staffing and training new hires. Prior to their tenure at Aerotek, Kyle interned at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts and worked as a server at Heritage Hills Golf Resort. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
