Pablo Higuera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and operations management. Currently serving as the Recruiter Practice Lead for Aviation at Aerotek since September 2019, Pablo has held various roles including Account Recruiting Manager, Market Lead, and Technical Recruiter. Prior to this, experience at Victoria's Secret involved leading brand operations and developing store teams to enhance customer experiences and operational excellence. Pablo also contributed as a Research Assistant at the University of California, Riverside, aiding professors in research outreach and material acquisition. Early career involvement with Insomniac Events included ensuring attendee safety and satisfaction during large-scale events. Pablo earned a degree in Political Science with a focus on International Affairs from the University of California, Riverside in 2018.
