Saira Fuertes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in payroll and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Senior Payroll Specialist at SPECTRAFORCE Puerto Rico since December 2023, Saira has played a pivotal role in payroll operations for one of the largest diversity-owned staffing firms in the U.S. Prior to this, Saira held various positions at Aerotek, including Senior Business Associate, Customer Support Associate, and Senior Customer Service Representative, demonstrating a strong background in client relations and operational support since December 2009.
