Russ Hilson

Russ Hilson has a diverse professional background in aviation and law enforcement. Recent experience includes roles at CareFirst Urgent Care as a G150 - SIC and at FlightSafety International as a Supporting Crew Member, providing right seat support on various aircraft platforms including CJ3+, M2, and XLS+. Hilson previously worked at CAE on the XLS platform and completed cadet training at Mesa Airlines, Inc. Additional experience includes positions as a Line Service Technician at Sheltair and Signature Flight Support, as well as a lengthy tenure at the Polk County Sheriff's Office as a Master Deputy Sheriff and Tactical Flight Officer.
