Raymond Wang

Co-Founder, CEO at AeroVect

Raymond Wang has an extensive work experience in the aviation industry. In 2010, they founded RayCorp, an aviation product development company that developed ECS products for commercial airliners to improve cabin airflow and curb disease spread. The technology was licensed to major aerospace manufacturers. In 2014, they began working at Stanford University as a Computational Linguistics Research. At the same time, they also founded Sustainable Youth Canada. In 2017, they joined Delta Air Lines as an Operations Strategy and Market Development. In 2018, they were a Program Manager at Microsoft. In 2019, they became an Investor at Two Sigma Ventures. In 2020, they became the Co-Founder and CEO of AeroVect, a company that develops driverless systems for GSE. In 2022, they became an Angel Investor at HostGenius.

Raymond Wang has an extensive education history. Raymond obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Harvard University, participated in the W20 program at Y Combinator, took Cross-Registration classes at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, took Dual Enrollment classes in Mathematics at The University of British Columbia, obtained an Associate's degree in Music from the Royal Conservatory of Music (Toronto), and obtained a High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from St. George's School. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as a Private Pilot ASEL from the Federal Aviation Administration in 2018, an Amateur Radio Operator (General Class) from the Federal Communications Commission in 2016, a CPR-C / Bronze Cross from the Lifesaving Society in 2013, Continuing Education Units (CEU) : Aerospace Safety from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and an Open Water Diver certification from PADI.
