James W. is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in components engineering and quality assurance across several esteemed organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Components Engineer at AeroVironment since August 2020, James focuses on design reviews, counterfeit part detection, and supply chain resolution. Previous roles include being a Component, Reliability, Maintainability, and Safety Engineer at Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions, and a Senior Engineer at Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems, where oversight of electronic and mechanical parts quality was paramount. Additionally, James has contributed to the IEEE MTT-S AdCom as an elected member and treasurer for the Los Angeles chapter.
