Lindsay Sheppard

Lindsay Sheppard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and leadership within nonprofit organizations. Since 1995, Lindsay has served as President of the Joseph Beggs Foundation, a California nonprofit focused on advancing the understanding of vehicle dynamics and safety. Concurrently, Lindsay has worked at AeroVironment since July 1994 as a Senior Staff Mechanical Engineer, specializing in the design, development, and engineering of air vehicles and associated systems. Additionally, from 2000 to July 2012, Lindsay contributed as an Assistant Instructor at the Academy of Karate in Duarte, a traditional Shoto-kan karate school. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta, obtained between 1988 and 1993.
