Maribell Buedo Leyva

Maribell Buedo Leyva serves as the Director of Engineering & Development at AERQ since February 2023. Previously, Maribell held various senior positions at Lufthansa Technik from August 2003 to February 2023, including Senior Director Completion Engineering Original Equipment & Special Aircraft Services and Head of Interior Engineering. Maribell also worked as Head of Design Engineering for Seats, Galleys, Shades and Technology Standards, as well as Head of Design Engineering for Production Processes, and began the career as a Design Engineer after completing a Dual Study (Technik Student). Maribell earned a Diplom-Ingenieurin (Dipl.Ing.) in Aircraft Engineering from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences between 2003 and 2008.
