Monica Rivas

Monica Rivas, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and HR operations. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Manager at AerSale, Inc. since July 2020, Monica has held various roles within the organization, including Talent Manager and Senior Human Resources Generalist. Prior to AerSale, Monica worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics, and at Panalpina as a Regional HR Associate and HR Administrative Assistant. Monica began the HR career at ADP as an HR Representative, where responsibilities included client consultation, recruitment advertising, and candidate screening. Earlier experience includes the role of Human Resource Administrator at Luminaire. Monica earned a degree from Florida International University from 2008 to 2012.
