Shawn Reniker

Shawn Reniker is an accomplished manufacturing executive with extensive experience in operations and leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of Manufacturing and Director of Operations at AES Clean Technology since July 2021, Shawn has played a key role in delivering cGMP modular cleanroom facilities for the life sciences market. Prior to this, Shawn held the position of EVP Operations at Woodstream Corporation, overseeing the production of pest control and wildlife management products. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Iceberg Enterprises, Inno-Labs, Rubbermaid Home Products, and Werner Co., culminating in a strong background in manufacturing operations, global sourcing, and process improvement, highlighted by a tenure as a Six Sigma Process Improvement leader at Honeywell. Shawn holds a BA in Business from Ottawa University.
