Rob Simmons

Rob Simmons is an experienced CAD Manager and IT Coordinator at AES Consulting Engineers since September 2015, as well as an Operations Manager at MAXX, LLC, since March 2012. In the role at MAXX, Simmons consults with the state Department of Environmental Quality, municipal BMP inspectors, civil engineers, and BMP owners to create an in-house training program and procedures for stormwater infrastructure maintenance. This involves using various GIS databases to locate BMPs and employing field inspection checklists to evaluate and recommend repairs. Educationally, Simmons studied Full-Stack Network Engineering at NexGenT from 2018 to 2019 and holds an Associate’s degree in Business from Mercyhurst University, earned between 1985 and 2000.
