Jim Crimmins

Jim Crimmins is the Company President and COO, overseeing all departments and operations, and executing policies and strategies approved by the Board. He leads initiatives focused on driving revenue growth, developing new products, and improving overall profitability of the Company. Jim spent more than two years as an adviser to AES prior to assuming the role of President. Prior to AES, he worked in senior level positions across a range of industries, including professional services, renewable energy, and financial services. He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy, and spent five-years as a nuclear-trained officer on a fast-attack submarine. Jim holds an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Palmer Scholar, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
