Saisha Penny

Saisha Penny is a Chartered Financial Planner with extensive experience in wealth management, currently working at AES International since July 2025. Previously, Saisha served as a Wealth Director at Brooks Macdonald from November 2021 to June 2025, managing over £80,000,000 of assets and building a robust network of relationships across diverse sectors. Before that, Saisha held the position of Chartered Financial Planner at Saunderson House from May 2016 to November 2021 and began a career in finance as a Bank Teller at Santander UK Corporate & Commercial in 2015. Saisha's background also includes mentoring disadvantaged secondary school students while studying at City University London and coaching youth football for ABC Coaching and Barnet FC. Academic qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Banking and International Finance from Cass Business School and finance studies at Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
