Solomon West

Solomon West is an experienced Substation Design Engineer at AES Ohio since February 2023, specializing in high-voltage substation equipment upgrades and installations. Prior to this role, Solomon founded Fare and Balanced in July 2022, focusing on developing a meal planning application. Experience includes providing technical support at the University of Dayton's IT Help Desk, serving as an Honor Caddy at Moraine Country Club, and working as an Android/Windows app Developer co-op at Mastodon Design LLC. Additionally, Solomon contributed to the STEAM Lab as a Program Assistant, developing and teaching STEM exercises, and held a managerial position at LIDS Sports Group. Solomon earned a Bachelor of Engineering Technology in Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology from the University of Dayton.
