David Early

David Early has a strong background in restaurant industry leadership positions. David currently serves as the Chief People Officer for AES Restaurant Group, LLC since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Executive Vice President at AES Restaurant Group LLC from 2020 to 2022. David has also held various roles at The Krystal Company, including Vice President Franchise Operations, Sr. RVP Company Operations and Franchising, and Sr. Director of Franchise Operations from 2014 to 2020. David was the CEO of Early Management Company from 2004 to 2014. Earlier in their career, David served as President/Partner at RTM Restaurant Group Southeast and held senior positions at Shoney's Inc., including SVP Franchising and Development, Regional Vice President, Director of Franchise Operations, and Director of Training.

David Early attended the University of Kentucky from 1977 to 1981, where they studied Business Administration and Industrial Management. Later, in 2013 to 2014, they pursued studies in Hospitality and Hotel Management at Cornell University. It is important to note that no specific degree was mentioned for either of the educational experiences.
