Andrew Plunkett

Andrew Plunkett is an experienced cyber security professional with a strong focus on industrial control systems and operational technology. Currently serving as a Cyber Security Senior Engineer at The AES Corporation since June 2022, Andrew Plunkett applies technical expertise to enhance cyber security measures. Previously, Andrew Plunkett held the position of Principal Cyber Security Analyst at First Financial Bank, leading the institution's cyber security program from March 2021 to June 2022. Andrew Plunkett's tenure at GE Power from March 2015 to March 2021 included roles as Senior Staff Cyber Security Engineer and responsibilities for the security of a global ICS network. Additional experience includes various security analyst positions at CBTS, where Andrew Plunkett developed skills in incident response, digital forensics, and security assessments. Andrew Plunkett holds both a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Northern Kentucky University, completed in 2020 and 2010, respectively.
