Carlos Quiñoñez

Carlos Quiñoñez has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various managerial positions. Carlos is currently working as the Human Resources Director for The AES Corporation. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at ALAS DORADAS S.A. DE C.V, where they were responsible for managing the human resources for four company plants. Carlos also worked as the Corporate Human Resources Manager at GRUPO EMPRESARIAL PRIETO, where they created HR units for all companies within the group and developed comprehensive programs in areas such as recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and compensation. Carlos has also held leadership roles at CADENA DE HOTELES HILTON INTERNATIONAL and Hotel Real Inter-Continental, where they focused on talent management, policy development, and executive recruitment. Additionally, they gained experience as a Human Resources Consultant at CENTRO INTEGRAL DE ASESORIA Y DESARROLLO EMPRESARIAL. Overall, Carlos has a broad range of experience in HR management and strategic planning.

Carlos Quiñoñez completed a Bachelor's degree in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Politécnica de El Salvador from 1991 to 1996. Carlos then pursued a Postgraduate degree in Organizational Development from Hilton International for the academic year 2004 to 2005. Finally, they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resource Management/Personnel Administration from Universidad Evangélica de El Salvador between 2005 and 2007.
