Cynthia Fulsom

Cynthia Fulsom is an experienced executive assistant with a strong background in supporting high-level executives in the energy sector. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the SVP, Chief Strategy and Commercial Officer at The AES Corporation since August 2022, Cynthia has previously held multiple key roles at AES-Gener from March 2015 to August 2022, including positions as Andes SBU President EA and EHS&S Global Director EA. Cynthia's career also includes extensive experience at The AES Corporation and Odebrecht, with roles focused on executive support and administration. In addition to professional experience, Cynthia holds a Diplomado in Project Management from Universidad de Chile and a Bachelor's degree from Universidad Nacional de Panamá.
