Dallas Wicker

Dallas Wicker is an experienced solar technician with a strong background in operations and maintenance within the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as an O&M Solar Technician 2 at The AES Corporation since September 2025, Dallas previously held the position of Solar Technician- Level 2 at Brookfield Renewable from October 2022 to September 2025. Prior roles include O&M Field Service Engineer at SMA America and Solar Technician at World Wind & Solar. Educational qualifications include certifications in PV101 and PV systems and O&M from Solar Energy International, along with a general studies diploma from Tehachapi High School, completed in 2018.
