Erica Lewis

Erica Lewis is an accomplished project manager currently serving as Project Manager for Pre-Construction at The AES Corporation since September 2022, overseeing the successful planning and execution of 200 MW Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Prior experience includes over a decade at Rio Tinto, where Erica held various roles including Sourcing Specialist, Legal Contract Specialist, and Contract and Procurement Advisor for Capital Projects, driving strategic agreements and optimizing project management across significant initiatives. Erica's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Utah State University and an Associate's degree in Business Management from Salt Lake Community College.
