Gonzalo Santolaya

Gonzalo Santolaya is an accomplished professional with experience in mergers and acquisitions, market operations, and business intelligence. Currently serving as a Mergers and Acquisitions Associate at The AES Corporation since January 2021, Gonzalo has also held roles as a Market Operations Specialist and Rotational Trainee, focusing on sustainability and solar transformational designs. Additionally, Gonzalo is a Supervising Professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, advising Industrial Engineering students on strategic and operational analyses for real-client projects.
