Inna Kuzenna

Inna Kuzenna, FCCA, currently serves as the Director of Accounting and Eurasia Regional Controller at The AES Corporation, where responsibilities include overseeing a team of 70 professionals in accounting, financial reporting, and SOX compliance for a $1.2 billion Strategic Business Unit across Europe and Asia. Previous roles at The AES Corporation include Director of Accounting for the Asia Regional Controller and FP&A Director for AES Ukraine, with a strong focus on optimizing costs and enhancing financial reporting quality. Inna's extensive experience in finance spans various management roles in Ukraine, Russia, and Georgia. Inna is a Global Executive MBA candidate at the Rotterdam School of Management and holds an FCCA designation, as well as a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
