Isadora Coutinho

Isadora Coutinho has a strong background in talent management, having worked in various roles across different companies. Isadora'smost recent position was as the Director of Global Talent Management at The AES Corporation, where they were responsible for developing the global talent strategy and conducting talent processes and strategic projects. Isadora also played a key role in the development of succession planning algorithms and managed the performance cycle. Prior to this, Isadora worked as a Manager of Global Talent Management at AES Corporation, where they led discussions on talent dialogue and oversaw the implementation of the Workday Learning system. Before joining AES Corporation, Isadora held talent management positions at AES Brasil, including Talent Management Team Leader and Talent Management Sr Analyst. Isadora also worked as a People Development Analyst and gained experience in HR and compensation and benefits. Isadora started their career as an intern in the Management and Guidelines Department at Ativas Data Center SA, where they worked on executive management contracts and ISO 20K certification.

Isadora Coutinho attended the Ibmec Business School from 2009 to 2012, and the EM Normandie Business School in 2011, where they studied Business Administration.
