Janice Balmaceda

Janice Balmaceda, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Information Technology Operations at The AES Corporation since August 2022. Prior to this role, Janice held various positions within The AES Corporation, including Information Technology Program Manager from June 2015 to July 2022, and Cloud Services Manager from October 2008 to June 2015. Janice's earlier experience includes serving as a System / Lead Backup & Recovery Engineer, Lead System Administrator at Worldwide Integrated Services, and NOC Administrator at The AES Corporation. Additionally, Janice worked as a Data Center & Telecommunication Technician at Verizon Enterprise Solutions from December 2004 to June 2006.
