John McLain has extensive experience in information technology and compliance, currently serving as an Architect in Identity Management and Compliance at The AES Corporation since December 2015. Prior roles include Practice Director for IT and Computer System Validation in Life Sciences at Sondhi Solutions, as well as Director of Information Technology at BioConvergence LLC. John’s background also includes significant leadership positions at Baxter International Inc. and Indiana University, along with a brief period as an independent consultant specializing in custom web-based applications. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Western Governors University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ivy Tech Community College.
