Joseph Carlo

Joseph Carlo is an experienced environmental professional currently serving as a Permitting Project Manager at The AES Corporation since September 2023. Previous roles include Ecologist/Project Manager at WSP USA from September 2020 to September 2023 and Project Manager at both Ecology and Environment, Inc. and SWCA Environmental Consultants. Joseph has a strong background in project management, wetland delineations, T/E wildlife surveys, and NEPA/FERC report development, supported by ecological services experience at Ecology and Environment, Inc.
