Kathleen Nering

Kathleen Nering is an experienced talent sourcer with a comprehensive background in recruitment and sourcing roles across various prominent companies. Currently serving as a Talent Sourcer at The AES Corporation since January 2023, Nering has previously held talent sourcing positions at Palo Alto Networks, Robinhood, and Nike, where responsibilities included sourcing talent for major brands. Notably, during tenure at Amazon, Nering focused on technical recruitment for Amazon Prime Video.
