Luciana Vela has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Admin LATAM Coordinator and previously as Senior Human Resources Analyst for The AES Corporation since September 2016. Prior roles within the company include Ssr Human Resources Analyst for Argentina and Colombia and Jr. Human Resources Analyst. Prior to The AES Corporation, Luciana worked at BDO Argentina as an HR Personnel Administration & Payroll Analyst, focusing on employee services and payroll consolidation. Additional experience includes administrative analysis at Firmatex and training coordination at CAPBA IV. Luciana earned a degree in Labor Relations from the University of Buenos Aires, completing studies in 2018.
