Mason Cochran

Mason Cochran is a Corporate Finance Analyst at The AES Corporation since December 2022, specializing in financing multi-billion dollar capital expenditure plans and managing SEC and FERC filings. Previously, as Senior Municipal Advisor Principal and Chief Compliance Officer at Reedy Financial Group P.C. from January 2017 to December 2022, Mason advised local governments on municipal debt issuance and was qualified as a Municipal Advisor Representative. Mason's experience also includes a role as an Asset Protection Associate at Walmart from August 2011 to June 2017, where responsibilities included managing safety protocols and supervising the safety team. An internship at WWA Planning and Investments in 2016 involved research on securities and automating investment strategies. Mason Cochran is pursuing an MBA from the Kelley School of Business Indianapolis, following a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Management from Indiana University Columbus.
