Nikolay Lesidrenski

Nikolay Lesidrenski, CSCP, currently serves as the Head of Sourcing and Procurement at The AES Corporation's Shared Service Centre in Sofia, Bulgaria, where responsibilities include managing and developing the procurement team for the Eurasia Strategic Business Unit. Under Nikolay's leadership, a targeted training program was implemented, resulting in all team members achieving CIPS certification. Previously, Nikolay held the position of Strategic Sourcing Manager at AES Corporation, focusing on building the strategic sourcing team and developing procurement strategies. Prior to joining AES, Nikolay served as Head of Supply Chain at ABB Bulgaria EOOD, overseeing a procurement team, and worked as a Purchaser at Titan Cement Company SA, handling sourcing and logistics. Nikolay holds a Master’s Degree in Money and Capital Markets from New Bulgarian University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Dimitar A. Tsenov Academy of Economics.
