Olga Krupnytska

Olga Krupnytska is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as Corporate Counsel and Senior Regional Counsel for EurAsia at The AES Corporation since January 2017, providing legal support for international business transactions, group restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. Prior experience includes positions as Legal Counsel at SGG Group and BS Corporate Services, focusing on corporate legal services and transaction support. Prior roles also encompass legal counsel at International Financial Industrial Group “Altcom,” assisting with commercial activities and projects in Ukraine and abroad, and as an Associate at International Law Firm “YUST” in Ukraine, where legal services were provided to corporate and private clients across CIS countries. Olga Krupnytska has earned multiple law degrees, including a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Business Law from Tilburg University and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Donetsk National University.
