Rodolfo Martinez is currently the Jefe de operaciones for the Proyecto Hidroeléctrico Alto Maipo at AES, a position held since 2020. Prior to this, Rodolfo served as Jefe de turno operaciones and has extensive experience with Aes Gener as a Tecnico senior in Instrumentacion y control from 2001 to 2020.
