Timothy Rascher

Timothy Rascher has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Timothy started as General Counsel at FINFROCK from March 2008 to January 2012. Timothy then moved on to become Assistant General Counsel at Permasteelisa North America from January 2012 to April 2014. Next, they worked as Counsel II at CB&I from April 2014 to April 2017, before being promoted to Senior Counsel there from April 2017 to September 2017. From September 2017 to April 2022, they served as an Associate General Counsel at The AES Corporation. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President & Chief Counsel, Global Construction and Procurement at The AES Corporation, starting from March 2022.

Timothy Rascher completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction and Business Administration at the University of Florida from 1998 to 2002. Timothy pursued further education at the Michigan State University College of Law from 2002 to 2005, earning their JD in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Additionally, they hold the certification of Registered Patent Attorney from the United States Patent & Trademark Office.
