Diego Martin Pando

Diego Martin Pando currently serves as the CEO of AESA (A-Evangelista SA) since January 2021. Prior to this role, Diego held various positions at YPF S.A. from September 2004 to May 2021, including Vice President and Controller, where direct reporting to the CEO occurred. Additional responsibilities at YPF included Financial Planning Manager and Manager of Consolidation and Accounting Analysis. Diego also worked at A-Evangelista S.A. as Chief of Control from October 2002 to August 2004 and began a career at Pistrelli, Diaz y Asociados - Arthur Andersen as a Senior, contributing to corporate takeovers and administrative reorganizations from December 1997 to September 2002. Diego holds an Executive Program degree in Exponential Technologies from Singularity University, a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from Universidad del CEMA, and a degree in Public Accounting from Universidad Nacional de Rosario.
