Anna Kiukas-Pedersen

Anna Kiukas-Pedersen is an experienced professional in leadership development, coaching, and financial stability. As an Angel Investor at South East Angels since April 2024, Anna also serves as a Partner, Executive Coach, and Consultant at Aesara Partners. The founder of Kiukas Consulting Pte Ltd, established in June 2014, Anna specializes in coaching and leadership services tailored for individuals and organizations, emphasizing effective communication and cross-cultural insights. With a strong background in academia, Anna has been a Guest Lecturer and Faculty Leader at NUS Business School and Nanyang Technological University, and served as a lecturer at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Previous roles include Senior Leadership Counsellor at Linhart Group and Vice President at Global IP Exchange, alongside extensive work at the Financial Services Authority, where Anna contributed significantly to financial stability efforts during the UK banking crisis. Anna holds an MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge and an MSc in Finance from London Business School.
