Mickey Platko

Mickey Platko has extensive experience in content management and technical writing, with a long-standing tenure at Aesbus Knowledge Solutions since October 1997. As a Content Standards Project Manager, Mickey develops marketing content standards for web content through a contract with HP. Previous roles include Technical Editor, where Mickey managed various projects related to documentation processes, and Technical Writer, focusing on user guides and service documentation for a major tech company. Mickey also served as Documentation Project Manager, overseeing the documentation for notebook products. Prior to Aesbus, Mickey worked as a Technical Editor for Hewlett-Packard and held a position as Secretary for Happy Cat Adoptions, contributing to grant applications and web content. Mickey's early career included serving as a Staff Social Worker, providing therapeutic support. Mickey holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Houston and a Bachelor’s in Journalism from the same institution.
