Emma Smykowski

Emma Smykowski is an experienced professional in the field of education and marketing, currently serving as a Program Associate for Education & Americas at the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants since April 2021. Emma has also held positions as Program Assistant and Marketing Assistant within the same organization. Prior experience includes internships at the Alzheimer's Association in Greater Kentucky & Southern Indiana and the Illinois Chapter, as well as a role as Camp Counselor at YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago. Emma earned a degree in Integrated Strategic Communication, with a focus on Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication, from the University of Kentucky in 2020 and completed education at York Comm High School in 2016.
