Ada Kwan

Ada Kwan serves as the Corporate Treasurer at AESC since April 2023. Previous experience includes holding the position of Senior Director of Corporate Development at Enphase Energy and Treasurer at Bloom Energy, where various treasury and risk management functions were established pre-IPO. Ada Kwan has also worked at SunPower Corporation and 8point3 Energy Partners, leading treasury organizations and implementing financing strategies for asset acquisitions. Earlier roles include a decade at Spansion as Treasurer and Senior Manager, focusing on capital structure and debt management, as well as consulting positions at Accenture, specializing in change management and system implementations. Ada Kwan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from The University of Hong Kong.
