Clinton Smith

Clinton Smith, MBA, is an experienced professional in supply chain management and operations with a strong background in engineering and business. Currently serving as a Senior Buyer at AESC since June 2022, Clinton has previously held roles at Amazon as an Operations Manager and Area Manager, where responsibilities included supervising teams and managing site performance. With research experience as a German Chancellor Fellow at the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, Clinton focused on energy initiatives for Kentucky. Prior positions include Engineer in Training with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, where diverse engineering applications were explored. Clinton holds an M.B.A. from the University of Kentucky, along with degrees in Civil Engineering and Mathematics.
