Dong

Dong, Weizhi has over two decades of work experience in various roles and industries. Dong, is currently serving as the Director of HR & Admin (European & UK region) at AESC, where they are responsible for formulating and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment, and cultivating a positive company culture. Prior to this, Dong worked as the Director of HR, G&A at Envision AESC France, where they played a key role in establishing the organization structure and leading general affairs business support programs. Dong, also has experience as the Managing Director and Owner of Donglink ApS and as a Member of the Board of Directors at the Danish-Chinese Business Forum. Dong's experience also includes roles at Envision Energy Denmark, Wind Denmark, Siemens Wind Power, Dantherm Air Handling A/S, Actona Company A/S, and Bodilsen A/S. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in HR, business development, logistics, and sourcing.

Dong, Weizhi has a diverse education history. In 1996, they attended China University of Political Science and Law to study Business Law. They then pursued an Exchange Programme in International Marketing at Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark from 1999 to 2000. From 2000 to 2002, Dong attended TietgenSkolen, focusing on Marketing Economics. They continued their education at Aarhus University, completing HD Part2 in Marketing and HD 2del.Afsætning (Sales). In 2008, Dong participated in the Dantherm Propeller Programme at Dantherm Academy. Lastly, they obtained an MBA from Aarhus University between 2009 and 2012.
