Han Tao

Han Tao is an experienced EHS and sustainability leader currently serving as the EHS General Manager at AESC since August 2025 and as the Vice President of Safety Quality Sustainability for the Global Supply Network at Shiseido since November 2022. Han has a robust background in managing environmental health and safety initiatives, having previously held positions such as EHS/Sustainability Director at LIXIL and Asia Pacific Regional EHS Manager at Laird Connectivity. Han also contributed to regional CI&EHS management at The Weir Group PLC. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Bachelor's degree in Polymer Science and Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology.
