Han Tao currently holds the position of AESC Japan Quality & EHS General Manager as of August 2025 and serves as Vice President of Safety Quality Sustainability for Shiseido's Global Supply Network since November 2022. In this role, Han Tao leads initiatives aimed at achieving zero accidents, zero environmental impact, and zero defects across the organization's supply network. Prior experiences include leadership roles in EHS and sustainability at companies such as LIXIL and Laird Connectivity, where Han Tao managed extensive operational and safety strategies across multiple regions in Asia.
