Lena Hu is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the renewable energy industry, currently serving as the Senior Purchasing Manager of Global Recycling and NMP materials at AESC. They lead global battery recycling activities and manage the NMP category while collaborating with various regions to implement strategic initiatives. Previously, at Envision Energy, Lena held roles including Executive Assistant to the Executive Director and Senior HR Business Partner, where they managed supplier contracts and led organizational performance processes. Their career began as a Human Resources Officer at Mandarin Oriental Pudong Shanghai, focusing on recruitment and employee relations.
